It got kind of ugly, with Mark Dominik intentionally spreading misinformation about being able to fine Penn even though he was unsigned and giving two different stories about his weight. But all that was smoothed over in a “business is business” kind of way and a deal for a relatively humble long-term contract was hammered out.
