Alright Seahawks fans, show of hands, who panicked after Sunday’s loss to the Cardinals? It’s alright. Go ahead and put them up. You are not alone. Our Seahawks have been seriously hyped since Russell Wilson nabbed the starting job. Grantland’s Bill Simmons even picked the Hawks to win the Super Bowl this year. It was pretty easy for us, as fans, to get some majorly swelled heads. We knew our defense was going to be good but we thought maybe our offense would be able to keep up with them. The game in Phoenix scared a lot of us. Russell threw an interception. The offense had to rely on great returns from Leon Washington to move the ball. The defense had no answers for Kevin Kolb in the two minute drill. While these are all valid reasons for concern, well except for Russell’s INT, those happen; they should not cause us to panic. Yes, the Seahawks lost their first game. Yes, they lost to a team we all expected them to beat. No, it’s not the end of the world. The first game of the regu...

There is no doubt football is a violent game but this hit on Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee by Golden Tate was vicious.
Tate even celebrated after the hit, crawling to the ground and then pointing to his name on the jersey.
Not sure it was right to celebrate a hit where the player didn’t even know it was coming? Then again, Tate is a wide receiver.
Lee would be taken off...
Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch carried the ball 26 times for 122 yards and a touchdown Sunday against Dallas.Fantasy Spin:Lynch will likely be limited in practice during the week so he doesn't re-trigger his back spasms but when he's active on Sundays the running back is going to get 20-plus carries.
January 6, 2007. Romo mania was at an all-time high. After replacing Drew Bledsoe in the sixth game of the season, the undrafted quarterback out of Eastern Illinois led the Cowboys to a 9-7 record and a playoff wild card bid against the Seattle Seahawks. With a little over one minute left in the game, [...]

The Seattle Seahawks have not had good luck against the Dallas Cowboys ever since the famed Wild Card game with the fumble heard ’round the world between the two teams. Since that game, Seattle has had to travel to Dallas for each matchup.
This time…Dallas comes back to Seattle where Tony Romo is probably still having nightmares about.
After last week’s loss...
SEATTLE -- Seattle wide receiver Golden Tate pivoted, launched and sent Dallas linebacker Sean Lee into the air, then onto his back with a clean, explosive hit. The block sprung quarterback Russell Wilson for a scrambling first down. More important, it encapsulated the Seahawks’ bullying ways Sunday in a 27-7 win over the Dallas Cowboys (1-1) in Seattle’s home opener in CenturyLink...
The possible highight of the day goes to Seattle Seahawks WR Golden Tate for this decleating of Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee during Seattle's 8-play, 90-yard drive that ended in a touchdown, and pretty much sealed the victory for teh Seahawks.
As QB Russell Wilson scrambled for a first down, he gets some help from Tate, who absolutely crushes a unsuspecting Sean Lee. No flags...
SEATTLE -- Marshawn Lynch and the Seattle Seahawks took control of the clock and the scoreboard in the second half, shutting down Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys.
This week, a lot of folks seem to be making a point of having Grave Concerns about the performance of the offensive line. More specifically, they want to know why the o-line failed so very hard and broke our hearts and ruined our season and we should just toss the entire line in the trash and buy some better players from that nice offensive lineman store down the block (‘cause...
