The Eagles got a much needed victory on Sunday night when they erased a three point deficit midway in the 4th quarter, scoring the go ahead touchdown with a little over five minutes to play in the game. Rookie RB LeSean McCoy's 10 yard run, which capped off a 62 yard drive, put Philadelphia on top 24-20 and that is how the game ended. The Bear's had one final shot to win the game, but Jay Cutler was intercepted by Sean Jones with a little less than a minute to play.
The win moves the Eagles record to 6-4, one game behind the Dallas Cowboys, who squeaked out a 7-6 win over Washington earlier in the day. It also puts them in prime position to secure a wildcard spot in the playoffs as well as keep them firmly in the chase for the NFC East division title. The Bears fell to 4-6 on the season and currently out of the NFC playoff picture.
