When Will Smith Be Ready To Play?
The Eagles couldn’t get their hands on one former Giant pass catcher (Plaxico Burress), so they tried their luck on another and succeeded.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Philadelphia Eagles have signed ex-Giant wide receiver Steve Smith to a one-year deal.
The USC product missed seven contests last season, and is currently rehabbing from the microfracture surgery he underwent on his knee back in December.
Smith made the Pro Bowl in 2009 and is an outstanding, sure-handed receiver when healthy.
