The Philadelphia Eagles are in the midst of their last set of OTAs of the 2012 offseason, and DE Trent Cole is liking what he’s seeing from his teammates.
Cole said that the defense as a whole is “looking good,” but had specific praise for fellow end Brandon Graham.
“He’s a great player. He’s gonna be a great player. He’s one of those guys, he reminds me of me and Jason [Babin]. He gets after it. He gets after it every down. I’m expecting a lot out of him. He’s going to be a big key to our success.
“He’s a very motivated guy. He wants to get after it and win.”
Graham faces a lot of scrutiny this season, as the first-round pick in the 2010 draft has had little overall production for the Eagles due to an ACL injury he endured at the end of his rookie season. Graham has said himself that he knows he is seen as a bust and is using that criticism to fuel him to work even harder.
