Geoff Mosher reports that Eagles QB Michael Vick still has yet to reached the baseline on the final phase of the required concussion tests.
Vick will be held out of Thursday’s practice, as well as this weekends game against the Dallas Cowboys.
This is quite concerning considering that he has had multiple weeks to pass these tests and he’s still dealing the after effects....
