NFL Injury Report:
Most everyone on the Philadelphia Eagles injury report is
listed as probable to play as the team prepares for its Week 16 matchup against
the Washington Redskins, including quarterback Michael Vick, running back
LeSean McCoy and wide receivers Jeremy Maclin and Jason Avant.
Vick and McCoy are each set to return from concussions.
McCoy will be the team’s starter at running back, but he’s going to be sharing
carries with rookie Bryce Brown. Brown has proven himself effective and the
Eagles have no reason to push the envelope when it comes to McCoy.
While Vick will be active for the first time in several
weeks, he will likely not see the field. Philadelphia has said that rookie Nick
Foles would be its starter for the remainder of the season following Vick’s
injury, and the veteran will be the team’s No. 3 quarterback Sunday.
Fullback Stanley Havili (hamstring) has been ruled out
against the Redskins, while running back Chris Polk (toe) is doubtful to suit
up. Everyone else on the team’s injury report is probable.

If you drafted Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy in the first or second round of your fantasy football league, you were hoping for big things. As it turned out, McCoy was a large disappointment, making matters even worse when he suffered a concussion against the Washington Redskins on November 18. He has not played since.
If you held on to McCoy – or were able to pick...
DeSean Jackson posted this photo of himself, TI and Michael Vick to his Instagram account Wednesday night at the rapper’s album release party. For the Eagles Addict FF Winner!
I’m happy to announce that we already have a winner for the LeSean McCoy jersey! After a competitive season, congratulations goes out to Kiss My Asomugh! (For the record, Nnamdi’s last name is spelled Asomugha…typo or purposeful?)
Either way, Kiss My will be receiving his new McCoy jersey in the mail in the not-too-distant future.
The Philadelphia Eagles have relegated Michael Vick to a third-string role for the rest of this season, but the veteran quarterback says he's looking to the future and a new opportunity with another team. "I'm not a backup. Just being honest, just being candid. I'm a full-fledged starter," Vick told Birds 24/7. "That's what I've got in me, that...
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson is on injured reserve. His season is done and quarterback Michael Vick is not going to log any further playing time this year.
In their spare time both recently took part in a recent high stakes battle rap competition that involved rapper Meek Mills’s protoge Lil Snupe. The end result for Jackson and his Jaccpot Records’ artist Retro was...
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick hasn't had the year he hoped for. His team has been an utter disappointment at 4-10 and his individual performance hasn't been much better either. The 32-year old southpaw has been relegated to the scout team for the final weeks of the season after beginning the year as the team's starter. Although his stock value has definitely...
Their careers are more than parallel, they're converging.
Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has missed the past four games with a concussion he suffered in a loss to the Washington Redskins last month. On Monday afternoon, head coach Andy Reid said that an independent neurologist cleared McCoy and that he could be available to play on Sunday.
Rookie Bryce Brown has filled in for McCoy, and he has done a decent job overall except...

Regardless of the outcome of Sunday’s game at Lincoln Financial Field between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins, it will be significant day in the franchise’s history. Why? Because it will very likely mark the last game in Philadelphia for Andy Reid, the last time he will have an...
This Sunday's matchup between the Redskins and Eagles is a prime case of two teams on drastically different paths.Washington was supposed to struggle mightily, with Philadelphia finally on the right track after having too many new faces in town for 2011 to be a success. In reality, the Redskins are in a three-way tie for the NFC East crown while the rival Eagles are firmly cemented...
The New York Jets are by far the best soap opera in the NFL.
On April 25, 2009, Gang Green took a leap of faith with a franchise-changing decision, moving up 12 spots to select USC QB Mark Sanchez with the fifth overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft.
In his rookie year, he completed 196 of 364 passes (53.8 completion percentage) for 2,444 yards with 12 touchdowns to 20 interceptions...
One of the most fascinating things in life. A celebrity / athlete that loses the limelight. Since birth they were the chosen one. Then they weren’t. Then they can’t deal with it.
Michael Vick is the latest.
“I’ve got prime left, man. I’m just getting started,” Vick said in an interview today.
That’s hilarious. Oh yeah Michal you are going to get better...
