Inside the Bills:
The Bills lost left tackle Demetrius Bell to a shoulder injury Sunday and at this point his prognosis is not known. If he can’t play rookie Chris Hairston is expected to line up at left tackle. Philadelphia’s best pass rusher, Trent Cole, would normally be the opponent in that one-on-one matchup, but that might not be the case.
That’s because the Eagles Trent Cole sustained a calf injury in the Eagles’ loss Sunday to the 49ers. According to NFL.com the injury could be serious. If it is his chances of playing Sunday against the Bills would presumably be up in the air at best.
