The Philadelphia Eagles have promoted wide receiver Chad Hall from the practice squad to the 53-man roster, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Signed in 2010 as a free agent out of the Air Force Academy, Hall appeared in eight games, including one start, catching 11 passes for 115 yards and a touchdown with 29 rushing yards, a 16.3-yard kick return average and 10.3 yard average on three punt returns. Hall did not make the Eagles' 53-man roster coming out of training camp and has been on the practice squad since the start of the season. With Jeremy Maclin banged up (sprained AC joint), and DeSean Jackson a question mark for disciplinary reasons, adding another wide receiver to the roster makes sense.
