The Eagles have confirmed that Michael Vick will not play this week, giving Nick Foles his first start in the NFL. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Philadelphia Eagles have ruled out Michael Vick (concussion) for Week 11 against the Washington Redskins. Vick was knocked out of last Sunday's game by the Cowboys, and the Eagles have no timetable for his return--coach Andy Reid has stated that it's a "significant" concussion.
