The Eagles put defensive tackle Brandon Collier on the waived/injury settlement list. Collier was trying to make the team as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Massachusetts.
They also released quarterback Jerrod Johnson and defensive tackle Charlie Noonan and signed veteran offensive tackle Joe Toledo and rookie offensive tackle Spencer Johnson of Utah State. A Dolphins’ fourth-round pick in 2006, Toledo has zero NFL snaps to his name. He’s just a camp body for the Eagles.
