According to Zack Berman of Philly.com, both running back LeSean McCoy and quarterback Michael Vick won’t play in Thursday night’s game against the Bengals.
We already know Vick won’t at all from here on out since rookie Nick Foles has already been named the starter for the final few weeks.
Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy both passed their baseline ImPACT tests, a major step in their recoveries from concussions, the Eagles said. Neither practiced with the team on Monday, but there is a chance they could practice on Tuesday.
Neither will play in Thursday’s game against Cincinnati – an independent neurologist must clear them first – but passing ImPACT was a major step in their recoveries.

Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Profile: Mike McCoy
Today I was planning on breaking down Oregon’s Chip Kelly as a candidate to be the next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. Then I watched Nick Foles on tape against Tampa Bay and I had to mention somebody else first. Denver’s offensive coordinator Mike McCoy might be the ideal head coach for the Foles and the Eagles.
I am going to say something that is going to rub a lot...

Injury SPIN: McCoy Ruled Out for Week 15
Bryce Brown it is once again. In our estimation it would be a mistake to play Lesean McCoy at all from here on out. The Eagles season is over and mercifully for Eagles fans the Andy Reid era is drawing to a close as well. Barring an injury it's clear that we won't see Michael Vick on the field and reading between the lines in Reid's recent comments it seems the same...

The Philadelphia Eagles have turned the quarterback position over to rookie Nick Foles for the rest of the season which leads everyone to believe one thing: Michael Vick’s days are numbered in Philly.
