According to Adam Caplan, sources say the Philadelphia Eagles have signed St. Louis Rams cornerback Bradley Fletcher.
With Cortland Finnegan, Janoris Jenkins and Trumaine Johnson at cornerback for St. Louis, Fletcher was not a likely to resign with the Rams. He was ranked as Pro Football Focus' 9th ranked free cornerback and had the second best Yard Per Coverage Snap last season. He was benched last year for having several pass interference calls but has shown that he can play when given the chance. He played mostly in the slot this past season but was a starter on the outside in 2010 and 2011.
