The Philadelphia Eagles have completed a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for WR Arrelious Benn. The Eagles will send a 2013 sixth-round pick and a conditional 2014 selection to the Buccaneers for Benn and a seventh-round pick. Tampa Bay was reportedly shopping Benn for a few days now, but there wasn’t a lot of buzz surrounding the former second-round pick. The Buccaneers didn’t exactly get a lot in return for him, but at least they got something for a player who could very well have been released in the next few days. Benn’s dealt with a number of injuries in his two years in the NFL, so it will be interesting to see if the Eagles are able to get him turned around next season.
