Reports say that the Steelers have come to terms with veteran free agent defensive end Nick Eason. Last season he filled in and ended up starting five-games. “He wanted to stay in Pittsburgh because of his love of the city and the team,” agent David Wyatt told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Eason visited the Arizona Cardinals, but the 29-year-old opted to stick with the Steelers after registering 16 tackles last season. Per the report, defensive end Travis Kirschke is expected to retire and that could lead to a bigger role for Eason and Ziggy Hood.
