Found October 20, 2012 on Total Titans:
The Titans make another visit to Buffalo this weekend against the Bills. It seemed like the book was written on the Bills-a week after giving up 45 points to New England in the second half, they gave up 45 to the San Francisco 49ers in another blowout loss. Then, they visited Arizona and hold the Cardinals-granted, not a great offensive team, though I'd say they're not that much worse than the Niners-to 13 points and win in overtime. That victory improved their record to 3-3 along with everybody else in the AFC East. For this post, I watched both the 45-3 road loss to the 49ers two weeks ago and the 16-13 overtime win in Arizona against the Cardinals last week.   1. It was late in last season I did one of these before the Titans' game in Buffalo last year, and offensively not that much has changed. Ryan Fitzpatrick is still Ryan Fitzpatrick, a not terrible but not great quarterback who really can't threaten defenses vertically and has to play efficientl...

Bills need big win

A win, at home, would be big for Buffalo heading into a bye week, and it’s more than feasible. I know, I know, every preview post is laden with this cautious optimism, but that’s because I honestly go into every game Billieving this team can win. Take note: This week, Bruce Smith said the current d-line is the most talented, ever. No. 1, anything Smith says I’m going to automatically...

Week 7 Staff Predictions: Bills/Titans

Mike Tracz : Bills 24, Titans 10.  Simply put: if the Bills are going to make the playoffs, they need to beat the teams that make their schedule such a soft one.  The Titans are one of those teams.  Keep the ball on the ground and out of Fitzpatrick's error-prone hands, don't let Chris Johnson remember who he was three years ago, and this one should be in the bag. ...

QCS Staff Predictions: Titans at Bills

Mike Straw: Bills 38-21 The Titans defense is terrible. With the exception of last week, they have given up over 30 points in every game. I expect the Bills to take advantage of the situation and win easily. Brandon Hess: Bills 30-21 Titans running back Chris Johnson hasn’t strung together back to back good games in what feels like forever, and I don’t think he’ll buck that...

Video: Buffalo’s Donald Jones pulls out his Sugar Hill Gang celebration

There is a classic Fresh Prince of Bel-Air episode where Will and Carlton have to enter a dance competition to get money to make it home. The pair performs the “Tonto” dance from Sugar Hill Gang’s ‘Apache’ video. The Atlanta Braves also play the song when the team hits a homerun. The dance is rather simple, but absolutely classic. After a fifteen yard touchdown reception...

Tennessee Titans at Buffalo Bills: Week 7 NFL Pick

Tennessee Titans (2-4) at Buffalo Bills (3-3) These two teams are actually very, very similar. Tennessee ranks 29th in yards per play differential and Buffalo ranks 30th. Buffalo also ranks 30th in rate of sustaining drives differential, while Tennessee ranks 31st. I picked both teams for big plays last week because, in addition to other reasons, both teams were coming off back to...
