After going 0-4 and losing 22-17 to a previously-winless team, the Minnesota Vikings can't earn any positive grades.
The Vikings said they went into Sunday with a "must-win attitude." The results didn't seem to back up the statement. Minnesota believed it was "close" to breaking through after tough losses to three potential playoff teams. The Vikings had dominating first halves to use as proof of their ability. There's little to take from a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, who were outscored by 82 points in losing their first three games.
Now 0-4 for the first time since 2002, the Vikings' playoff hopes are all but gone. If Sunday's game at Kansas City was a test, there's red ink all over Minnesota's effort. What are the final grades?
