Getty Images According to the Associated Press, former paralyzed Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand has been hired by Subway to appear in their commercials with New York Giants defensive end Justin Tuck. ”I am grateful for the opportunities,” LeGrand said. ”I gain additional inspiration and motivation from that as I train to achieve my next goal.” LeGrand now joins Tuck, Michael Phelps, Apolo Ohno, Blake Griffin and Robert Griffin III as other athletes that have been hired by Subway.
