Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker was a guest on ”The Herd with Colin Cowherd” on Monday and he indicated that there’s nothing that he’s seen to lead him to believe that Peyton Manning’s arm strength has been affected at all by the four neck procedures he’s undergone.

Manning to Broncos, Not A Big Deal
The common perception abound is that Peyton Manning’s departure from the Colts and subsequent arrival to the Broncos makes the 2012 offseason unique.
