Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson has missed his second straight day of practice as he is suffering from concussion symptoms.
Henderson was hurt last week against the Indianapolis Colts, but it was not recognized until Wednesday. Henderson had been practicing and felt fine until he told coach Leslie Frazier that he "did not feel right". With how bad concussions have been in recent years and what science has discovered, there is a very good chance that Henderson will not be playing on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
Henderson has undergone post-concussion tests, but cannot get back onto the field until he passes all the tests. If he does not play, linebacker Marvin Mitchell will take his place. Mitchell previously played with the Miami Dolphins and had 30 tackles, one sack, one pick, and two forced fumbles. He will look to take advantage of this situation to help out a very weak Vikings' defense and hopefully make a name for himself.
