Ernie Sims happy to be gone from Detroit

Former Detroit Lions LB Ernie Sims says he is happy to be out of Detroit. When asked yesterday in Philadelphia Eagles camp, Sims replied, “I am tired of losing“. Sims was asked about playing for the Lions during their 0-16 run. “Losing really hurts when you are working so hard, everybody’s working so hardand you know you’re putting so much into the game but you’re not getting anything back. I don’t like to lose”. Well, I think Sims left a little too soon. Detroit’s future is looking pretty good and perhaps the Lions could repay Sims on the second week of the season when Philly comes calling at Ford Field.
