On Tuesday, President Barack Obama honored the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins in a ceremony at the White House in Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, ESPN's coverage of the ceremony honoring the Super Bowl VII Champions somehow included a misspelling of the President's name.
Note to ESPN: It's spelled Barack, not Barak. Wonder who's going to get blamed for this one.

Richie Incognito was involved in a altercation at the Fountainbleu hotel in Miami in July. Incognito knocked out a hotel security guard according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
At-least one person says that the Miami Dolphins guard was punched first.
The Miami Dolphins are aware of the incident.
Incognito has been in the news recently after he was hit with his own helmet by Antonio Smith...
DAVIE, Fla. -- The Miami Dolphins began life without Dustin Keller in earnest on Tuesday.
The team practiced for the first time since the tight end suffered a season-ending knee injury during Miami's preseason loss at Houston on Saturday night.
"Certainly, he presented challenges for defenses and also some opportunities for us," Dolphins offensive coordinator Mike...
According to the Dolphins website, the team has released veteran CB Richard Marshall on Tuesday.
Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith was suspended for the remaining two preseason games and week 1 of the regular season for ripping off Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito's helmet and wildly swinging it in his direction.
The Miami Dolphins have severed ties with cornerback Richard Marshall. Marshall was signed just last season by the Dolphins to a 3-year, $16 million deal. Marshall had been competing with Jimmy Wilson for a cornerback spot. Marshall only played four games last season for the Dolphins due to injury, so there won’t exactly be a hole to fill now that he is gone. The Panthers originally...
According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins are concerned their 2013 first round pick DE Dion Jordan will not be able to start the regular season due to a slow recovery from shoulder surgery. Defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle says the team has a plan for Jordan if he’s ready, but also has backup plans in place in case he’s not.
Dion Jordan continues rebab work on that troublesome right shoulder and as the regular season draws closer sources within the team tell me there is a growing concern the rookie first-round pick may not be ready to play in the regular-season opener.
Jordan will miss Saturday's preseason home-opener against Tampa Bay which is the most important game of the preseason for the Dolphins...
After sitting out most of practice for a second consecutive week, Miami Dolphins first-round pick Dion Jordan says Thursday he might not be ready for the start of the regular season.
Asked whether he'd be surprised if he can't go on Sept. 8 at Cleveland, the first defensive player taken in the draft says, ''It wouldn't be a surprise at all.''
Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports that the Dolphins are becoming increasingly concerned about DE Dion Jordan‘s status for week 1.
Jordan, the Dolphins’ first-round pick, has been dealing with a right shoulder injury for awhile now, which has continued into Dolphins’ training camp. He has been rehabbing the shoulder as of late, but the team’s trainers do have concerns...
They are the only team in the history of the NFL to go undefeated, and yet they never got to do something that many, many other teams have--visit and be honored at the White House.
That all changed Tuesday when the 1972 Miami Dolphins got their moment in the sun 40 years late.
The obvious question is why did it not happen way back then when it was supposed to? Well, there...
With the season less than two weeks away, the Miami Dolphins are tuning up as they enter into the season. Throughout this game , there were many positives , and a just a couple of negatives.
The Dolphins kept it close, but the Houston Texans won the game 24-17. For Dolphins fans , the first quarter had to be an emotional roller coaster. Starting tight end Dustin Keller injured his...
During Saturday’s exhibition game against the Houston Texans, the Miami Dolphins and their fans suffered a loss. It’s been reported that Dustin Keller is out for the season with a severe knee injury. With an offense already struggling, this was a loss that the team would’ve liked to of avoided. Not too long after Keller was carted off the field, did the Miami Dolphin...
Which one of you smart alecs put water in my bottle of ****?
We are still a couple of weeks away from original NFL predictions post here. You can cut the tension with a knife at Money Shot HQ. I was extremely tempted to pick the Dolphins to win the AFC East as a way to reward IceBro for swearing multiple times during his best man speech. That’s not going to happen anymore. And...
Nearly three dozen members of the 1972 Miami Dolphins finally received their White House moment Tuesday, 40 years after they made history by winning 17 games and losing none, an undefeated NFL feat that still stands today.
You heard it correctly. Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith can be seen here ripping off the helmet of Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito and swinging it at his head. The NFL moved swiftly, suspending Smith for the final two preseason games and the first regular season game. The helmet seems to just have missed Incognito’s face, making contact with his pads just below...
