Former Bengals FS Chinedum Ndukwe tweeted Monday that he signed with the Raiders. The Notre Dame product, who worked out for the Raiders on Monday morning, played the past four seasons for Cincinnati. The Raiders had yet to confirm the move as of early Monday evening. Ndukwe appears to have singed with Oakland on Monday and will serve as a reserve defensive back for the Raiders. The 26-year-old spent the first four seasons of his career with the Bengals and racked up 257 tackles and six interceptions over that span.
