GREEN BAY, Wis. -- LeRoy Butler wants to be a coach in the NFL. He doesn't care which team it's for. He doesn't care what the pay is. He doesn't care what his job title is. He just wants a chance to prove himself. Butler, a Super Bowl champion and four-time Pro Bowl safety with the Green Bay Packers, recently hired an agent to help him find his first coaching opportunity in the NFL. "There were two dreams I had when I retired," said Butler, 43, who played his final snaps in 2001. "The first dream was to have a son because I had four daughters. I have a 10-month-old son now. My other dream was to be a coach in the NFL. Then, after that, I can die. "They don't even have to pay me, that's how bad I would love it. I don't have a word for how excited I would be if for some reason I was to get a coaching opportunity somewhere in the NFL. I know for a fact I can help a team."
