GREEN BAY, Wis. Former Packers cornerback Al Harris has been hired as the secondary coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. Harris, 38, played in Green Bay from 2003-10 was named to two Pro Bowls in that time. Early in his career, Harris played for new Chiefs coach Andy Reid in Philadelphia for four seasons. Harris served as a coaching intern this season with the Miami Dolphins under former Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin. For three of Harris' seasons in Green Bay, 2006-08, he played for defensive coordinator Bob Sanders. And, minutes after Harris officially joined the Chiefs on Friday, Sanders was hired as the new linebackers coach for the Oakland Raiders. Former Packers director of football operations Reggie McKenzie, who took over as Oakland's general manager in January 2012, knows Sanders from their shared time together in Green Bay.
