Fabian Washington said he wasn't surprised by the decertification of the NFL Players Association, but he doesn't know where this leaves the 2011 season. "I’m hoping the players did what the NFLPA has been telling me to do the past two years and that’s save your money," Washington said about 45 minutes after the union dissolved. "At this point, we really don’t know if we’re going to have a season this year." Washington said he "definitely" expects the owners to lock out the players. "Why wouldn’t they?," he said. "I definitely see it coming in the near future." The Ravens organization declined comment on the development. “We’re going to let the commissioner or [NFL’s lead negotiator] Jeff Pash speak for us," team president Dick Cass said. Nine minutes after the union announced its decertification, Ravens fullback Le'Ron McClain tweeted: "Man I think it's about to be a lockout....Smh [shake my head] ...
