The Atlanta Falcons announced Monday that they activated center Joe Hawley from the reserve/commissioner exemption list and placed wide receiver Kevin Cone on injured reserve. Hawley has played in six games this season as a backup. Cone played in 12 games this season, mainly on special teams.
