The Atlanta Falcons aren't putting much significance on winning the NFC South for the second time in three years.
Receiver Roddy White and several teammates say Atlanta has bigger goals - like earning the top playoff seed, winning the conference and winning the franchise's first Super Bowl.
Linebacker Sean Weatherspoon and running back Michael Turner agree that the Falcons, with four games to play and a 2.5-game lead in the NFC, have too much at stake to feel complacent.
They say it helps that coach Mike Smith gave players a four-day break. Tuesday was their first day back on the field since beating New Orleans last Thursday night.
But White added that nobody cheered when Smith congratulated players on the division title.
Atlanta (11-1) visits Carolina (3-9) on Sunday.
