FF Locker Room:
Fantasy Football News - After a somewhat surprising inactive designation for week 13, Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Stokley, is back at practice. With the Broncos playing a Thursday night game, keep an eye on his status in Wednesday’s reports to see if he is likely to play.
FFLockerRoom Take - Brandon Stokley had been doing well the past month, able to get enough touchdowns to be fantasy relevant. When he missed the week 13 game, it was Jacob Tamme who took many of his snaps lined up in the slot position and easily had one of his best games to date. So if Stokley does come back, this would downgrade Tamme’s potential going forward.
And it’s also worth noting that Eric Decker (10 REC, 119 YDS over his past 4 games) had another disappointing game, even while Stokley didn’t play. Eric Decker owners need to be very worried and playing him the first week of the playoffs will be a huge gamble. Hopefully you have a more reliable option. In fact, I could argue that Stokley is the bet...

On Sunday, wide receiver Brandon Stokley (hip) sat out as the Denver Broncos overcame the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 31-23.
With just four days to continue his recovery, Stokley is not expected to play on Thursday against the Raiders. Limited in practice throughout the week, Stokley is officially listed as “questionable” on the team’s injury report.
In Stokley’s place, Matt Willis...
The Mile High City has to love the fact in his first year back from a dangerous injury Peyton Manning has been able to lead the Denver Broncos to the play and clinch the AFC West. Manning has silenced his credits, with the Broncos going to the play offs is it time to rest the NFL’s 4 time M.V.P.? Manning has done a great job thus far in his debut in a Broncos uniform. The Broncos...

Since earlier in the week seemed to be “Nit-Pick Day”, here is a list of the things I nit-pick the Broncos about.
#1. We seem to always play down to our opponent’s level.
What is it with the Broncos for the...

Led by their resurgent superstar quarterback, the Denver Broncos have plenty to play for over the next four weeks even though they've already clinched the AFC West title.
The Oakland Raiders, meanwhile, are searching for any signs of progress amid their 10th straight season without a playoff appearance.
In the midst of their longest winning streak in 14 years, the visiting...
When I was looking at the AFC West coming into this season, I felt it was a division that was up for grabs. A lot of people were quick to pick the Denver Broncos simply because they were able to add one of the biggest free agents ever known in quarterback Peyton Manning. I wasn't one of those people to pick the Broncos because I had to see just which Peyton Manning we were going...
Brandon Stokley will play in Thursday nights game against the Oakland Raiders. Stokley missed the Broncos last game dealing with a wrist injury. His return to the team will obviously boost its offensive presence but will have a negative impact on targets for tight-end Jacob Tamme.
For the season Stokley has 36 catches for 449 yards and 5 touchdowns. Denver is a 10.5 point favorite...
The Denver Broncos aim for their 10th win of the season when they take on the Oakland Raiders tonight at 8:20 p.m. ET on the NFL Network. The...
I gotta be honest, Raider Nation. I’m running out of things to talk about, report, and analyze in the AFC West. It’s pretty simple, really. The Denver Broncos are good. The Chargers, Chiefs, and Raiders are not. The Broncos clinched the division title this past weekend and now set their sights on a 2 or 3 seed in the playoffs. The [...]
Denver wideout Demaryius Thomas has been taken to the locker room after suffering a shoulder injury in the first half of Thursday night's game against Oakland. His return is questionable.Fantasy Spin:Thomas had two grabs for 31 yards at the time of his departure. Look for Eric Decker and Brandon Stokley to get more looks while Thomas is on the sidelines.
