FF Locker Room:
Fantasy Football News - The report out of Oakland, is that running back Darren McFadden practiced in full today. After week 14′s loss to the Broncos, it was reported that DMC had injured his ankle. So his owners, hoping for a resurrection in the playoffs were sweating bullets, but for now it looks like you dodged one.
FFLockerRoom Take - This is good news for DMC owners. Unfortunately there are not a lot of McFadden owners in the playoffs. But if you were one of the lucky few, he’s got a great matchup against the lowly Chiefs. And if there’s one thing McFadden did right this year, it was play well vs Kansas City in week 8.
This would also mean a big downgrade for Marcel Reece. After running well for the Raiders in McFadden’s stead, Reece saw very few touches in that Thursday night game in week 14. It was a bit surprising as it was DMC’s first game back after missing so much time. None the less, if McFadden is back, Reece becomes almost unplayable at this point.

Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden is having another injury filled season and every analyst is starting to bring out the bust label again. It started over the 2010 offseason when McFadden had two lackluster seasons in Oakland and McFadden showed them in 2010 he deserves the title of featured back. Then 2011 came in to smack him down again and 2012 has the bust haters coming...
There’s a chance the Oakland Raiders could let punter Shane Lechler sign with another this offseason. The reason for this speculation is the fact that fellow punter Marquette king was placed on injured reserve.
Very rarely is a player placed on injured reserve when they were signed to only hold down a spot for a player that was out with an injury (like what King did for Lechler...
Two weeks ago, it looked like Rolando McClain’s days as a member of the Oakland Raiders were over. After being held out of two straight practices, many believed that the former 8th overall pick in the 2010 Draft was about to be released. The Silver & Black instead decided to suspend the linebacker due to “conduct detrimental to the team”. [...]
Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen mentioned that he expects QB Terrelle Pryor to see some playing time against the Chiefs this weekend, via the Contra Costa Times.
Pryor reportedly has a “set of plays to run” in both of the team’s last two games, but he was never brought into the game.
At this point in the season, the Raiders may as well see what the kid can do, given...

Auditions for the 2013 Raiders are underway. Coach Dennis Allen has made it clear that while every effort will be made to win the last three games of the season, there will also be a heavy emphasis in seeing some of the younger players to see how they fit into the club's future. For that matter, the veterans will be watched closely as well. The two most notable veterans...
Last week: 32 (+1)
Net points per drive: -0.91 (31st)
DVOA: -31.9% (30th)
Weighted DVOA: -31.7% (30th)
The Raiders’ only remaining home game right now is against the Chiefs and their last chance for a win, as they have to go to Carolina and San Diego and I can’t see them winning either of those games. I have them in the 31st spot because I think they lose to the...
I am looking specifically at the guys that went in the first couple of rounds because those are the injuries that hurt most. Disappointments, duds, $#&*, call them what you will as I present you the most devastating injuries of the 2012 fantasy football season.
