FANTASY FOOTBALL ANALYSIS
I really hate being negative on Heath Miller as he helped carry one of my teams at the tight end position for most of last year, and he did so admirably. But facts are facts; Miller went down with a very devastating injury, requiring surgery on two knee ligaments. One is bad enough, but tearing both the ACL and MCL is a huge uphill battle.
While I would love to give my stamp of approval, these injuries seem to last 10-12 months minimum before a player is near his pre-injury state. Furthermore, even if he does begin the season on the field, it should be known that these types of injuries make players more susceptible to repeats. Or in other words, if Miller comes back too fast, bad things could lie ahead.
