Ray Rice, RB, Baltimore Ravens
FANTASY FOOTBALL ANALYSIS
Man I love Ray Rice.
I can’t help it. There are few players in fantasy, especially at the running back position, that you can count on. And for me, Ray Rice is one of the most dependable players in the NFL. In each of the past four seasons, he’s gone over 1,100 yards rushing and has caught more than 60 balls. He also totaled 39 touchdowns, 25 of which were in the past two seasons.
The “big” knock on him going into the 2013 year is just how much the Ravens like Bernard Pierce. And the answer is a bunch. We saw Rice’s carries go down by almost 50 from 2011 to 2012 so that is worrisome but don’t be fooled. Rice is the man in Baltimore and will still see the lion’s share of carries.
Still though, I would draft Pierce just in case… because I like him a lot also.

Manti Te’o ran a disappointing 4.81 forty yard dash during the NFL combine today. And if by chance you didn’t know that running a 4.81 forty yard dash is a disappointing time for a linebacker, Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh’s reaction drives the point home.

Manti Te'o ran an extremely disappointing 40-yard dash at the 2013 NFL Combine. Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh saw it all the way, too.
It’s safe to say that the Ravens aren’t very high on former Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o.
Te’o, who is already having a pretty rough time heading into the 2013 NFL draft, clocked in at 4.81 seconds in the 40-yard dash on Monday.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was less than impressed with Te’o's dash, as seen in the video below.

Jacoby Jones, the wide receiver and return man for the Baltimore Ravens, is going to have a chance to join some pretty rare company. If all goes well for him he will something in common with Emmit Smith, Hines Ward, and Donald Driver in the near future.
He could even do something that the great Jerry Rice was not able to accomplish or that Michael Irvin failed at doing.
During a commercial break of the 2013 Oscars, it was revealed that Baltimore Ravens wide receiver and Super Bowl XLVII champion Jacoby Jones will show off his fancy footwork in the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars.
The remainder of the cast will be announced on Tuesday’s Good Morning America and season 16 will debut on March 18.
