Over the past two seasons with the Miami Dolphins, Reggie Bush has transformed himself into the running back he always thought he could be, but not many others thought was possible. In New Orleans, he was a part-time runner mostly getting used on passing downs. But in Miami, he has turned into an every down back doing most of the heavy lifting himself and letting others play occasional third downs. The knock on Bush coming from the Saints was that he couldn’t stay healthy, but he’s managed to stay healthy for all but one game in the past two years.
