Top 5 Fantasy Football Free Agents

1). Domenik Hixon NYG WR - 114 Receiving Yards

With Hakeem Nicks’ continued injury history, Domenik Hixon looks to have taken claim as Manning’s go-to receiver.

2). Andre Roberts ARI WR -  118 Receiving Yards 1 TD

Andre Roberts has staked claim as the Cardinals number 2 wide receiver. With Larry Fitzgerald getting most of the focus, Roberts should continue to be a solid play.

3). Brandon Bolden NE RB - 148 Total yards 1 TD

Bolden went completely off this week, but he still looks to be firmly behind Steven Ridley who also had a solid week. That being said you never can tell who will start in New England.

4). Andy Dalton CIN QB - 244 Passing  yards 3 TD 1 INT

Dalton has scored at least three Touchdowns in each of the last three games. Not to shabby.

5). Heath Miller PIT TE - Bye Week

In case you didn’t grab Miller during his bye week, he is still widely available. He should give you solid production.

Three Trends To Watch

1). Is Tim Tebow going to start in NYJ? If so, he could once again become a fantasy dynamo.

2). Dallas’ offensive line looks to be pretty bad. It might be time to sell high on Tony Romo and Demarco Murray.

3). Alfred Morris looks to be for sure the Washington Redskins’ go-to running back. With Mike Shanahan usual running back carousel, you still might be able to grab him for cheap.

Cards Visit Rams for NFC West Bout

Cards Visit Rams for NFC West Bout By SBRForum.com When the NFL schedule came out over the summer Thursday night's scheduled bout between the Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams at the Jones Dome (8:20 pm ET, NFL Network) didn't garner much attention. But suddenly this is a rather attractive matchup, pitting one of the last undefeated teams in the league against another...

Skelton back at practice; status 'questionable'

TEMPE, Ariz. By his own admission, Cardinals quarterback John Skelton isnt all the way there as he recovers from what the team said is a low-ankle sprain suffered in Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks. Not with all this tape on it, Skelton said in the locker room, Wednesday, as he peeled away layers of said tape. Its getting there. Im able to run now and do some stuff that I...

Cards' Eason in pink to honor mom

This is a story about the NFL. But it's not really a story about football. This is about a defensive lineman for the undefeated Arizona Cardinals and what that 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman will be wearing on the field during Thursday night's game in St. Louis against the Rams. It's not really a story about Nick Eason. "Make it all about Iris Wilcox," Eason...

Know your enemy: Rams-Cardinals Pregame Q&A with Seth Cox of The Sports Headquarters

The Arizona Cardinals - check that, THE FOUR-AND-OH ARIZONA CARDINALS - have been the biggest surprise in the NFL season so far, and a major factor that sees the NFC West leading the league in wins at the quarter pole. But now they prepare  to take on an improved Rams team that is undefeated in their home stadium so far.  If respectability starts at home - and the four...

Cards' Eason 'all in' for pink to honor mom

This is a story about the NFL. But its not really a story about football. This is about a defensive lineman for the undefeated Arizona Cardinals and what that 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman will be wearing on the field during Thursday nights game in St. Louis against the Rams. Thursday Night Football Sexy Fan-Off: Cardinals vs. Rams

The Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams will kick-off Week 5 in the NFL tonight in St. Louis. I’d love to suggest to the fans that this could be a trap game of some sort, but I honestly don’t believe St. Louis has any shot at winning this game. Seeing most of us aren’t very interested in the game aside from a few fantasy players, we’re going to have to shift our focus to...

The bye weeks begin: finding a week 5 fill in QB.

I’m responding to an email inquiry, in advance of the Thursday game again this week. With bye weeks starting this week (yes, we had a ‘mini bye’ last week) owners are faced with some difficult add/drop decisions for the first time this season. In an attempt to solve some of the problems, we’ll take a [...]

Arizona Cardinals at St. Louis Rams NFL Week 5 NFC West Preview

Follow @Dan Vasta Thursday kicks off the weekend fun-filled of pigskin and although there are not many heavyweight battles, this NFC West contest could surprise us quite a bit. One of the best defenses in the NFL is led by Darnell Dockett, Quentin Groves and Patrick Peterson. Peterson has carried this team defensively in the secondary but everybody was torched last week by Brian...

Week 5 Power Ranks: Holding steady at the top while Cardinals climb

The Texans, Falcons and Ravens hold their own atop this week's power rankings, but, there is plenty of movement in the middle ranks... including the Arizona Cardinals making their climb upwards.

Miami Dolphins v Arizona Cardinals

Dolphins fans should be excited. In what was, without a doubt one of the weirdest games of the weekend, we got to see a rookie breakout, a veteran implode, but more importantly redeem himself. So how did the Miami Dolphins v Arizona Cardinals turn three times and end up in a Cardinals victory over the upstart, but still 1-3 Dolphins?  Let’s take a look. 1. Ryan Tannehill is for...

Cardinals-Rams Live Blog, First Half

After years as a laughingstock, the NFC West is considered by some to be the best in football so far this year. Leading the way is the Buzzsaw, a team that most thought would do no better than a game above or below the .500 mark. For all the cruel jokes we lose about ignoring them, it’s good to have not every team located west of the Mississippi to be boring and mediocre. It makes...
