The NFL season is upon us and Week 1 is an important week in Fantasy Football. So many months of speculation, rankings, mock drafts and charts. As far as the tight end position goes, I think we all can agree that Rob Gronkowski of the Patriots and Jimmy Graham of the Saints are the top two in the NFL, hands down. If you don't have either of these guys, it is important to realize the drop off of talent and clear expectations of scoring is big. This week is no exception. The most important thing you can do as a commissioner is break down the match-up as best as you can.The defenses are yet to be established but if teams have little player changes or the same coaching staff as 2011, it can be easier to project how the defense will line up against your players. The best starts at the tight end position for Week 1 will be tough, but I feel that these guys can get 'er done for your squad. There’s no such thing as a good loser. You find me a good loser and i’ll show you a guy who has never won anything.
The one topic of conversation regarding Cam Newton last season, week in and week out, was how he handled losing.
Pundits commented on everything from his body language after a loss, to how well he actually handled the losing. To think someone is supposed...
Cam and I are going to take the next step Juan…
There are several players that I will watching this Sunday to see if they will live up the expectations of Juan and many others.
The three year WR rule hasn’t always held true, but LaFell looks like a prime candidate for a third year guy that could put up bigger numbers than his ADP suggested this Summer. With Cam...
Jonathan Stewart (ankle) has been out of practice all week long and is officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game in Tampa Bay. He has been banged up before, but in 4 seasons, he has only missed 2 games. The Panthers are reportedly preparing for life without Stewart, which would move DeAngelo Williams into a solid RB2, or even low RB1, roll this week in all formats.
Game one of the Bucs regular season has finally arrived. There is no better way to open a schedule than to kickoff against a division rival that stars one of the most exciting players in the game today. Here are a few keys to today’s game that can have the Bucs send Carolina away with a loss.
Contain Cam Newton
This is a no-brainer. Against the Buccaneers last season, Cam Newton...

TAMPA, Fla. It was a smashing debut for rookie NFL head coach Greg Schiano and his new-look Tampa Bay Buccaneers as in the smash-mouth football on defense and offense that shattered any lingering connection to the misery of last season.
