2012 Recap: In 2012, Rodgers was the consensus #1 QB by most everyone and rightfully so, but I warned people to wait on QBs as there was too much depth to be spending a first round pick on Rodgers. His overall season had him finish as the #2 fantasy QB only behind Drew Brees, but it was considered a disappointment based on his game by game point output. Thanks to his 4,303 yards, 39 TD passes, 8 INTs, and with a solid 259/2 on the ground, he finished with 25.6 PPG. This was nearly a 5 point drop from his spectacular 2011 season. He started the season with only 3 total TDs in the first 3 games, followed by 3 TDs a game for the next 6 weeks, then only 4 TDs over the next 4 weeks, and finally he had 3 or more TDs per game over the last 3 games. Streaky was an understatement and that inconsistency made it tough on the owners that spent an early pick on him.
What’s Changed: Greg Jennings left the Packers via free agency, but Rodgers will still have a t...

Favre and Rodgers stand to represent nearly 30 years of elite quarterback play in Green Bay
While we are in between the NFL off season and the start of the preseason, football happenings are in short supply. Well, at least the on-field happenings are. With some added time to reflect, I’m reminded of the fortune that has befallen the Green Bay Packers. Which fortune, you ask...
Aaron Rodgers weighed in on the job Magic Johnson does as an NBA analyst, and he compared him to Jon Gruden. It wasn't pretty.
J.J. Watt certainly has faced his share of tough interviews. But how would he hold up under the glare of the spotlight from our kid interviewer, Brayson?
Watt responds to questiones about making fun of Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews, why he hasn't been asked about being traded to the Packers, And, of course, his feelings on vegetables.
ALL IN FUN
Greg Jennings and some former Packers teammates have not been kind to each other since Jennings signed with the Vikings, but he insists they're only messing around.
Greg Jennings is loving life as a rich Minnesota Vikings wide receiver, and in doing so, has taken a few shots at his former team, and former quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Jennings raised some eyebrows when he told the St. Paul Pioneer Press that he would take Brett Favre over “the guy they have now” at quarterback.
That led many to figure that Jennings and his former quarterback...
After watching watching last night’s NBA Finals, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers sounds like he’s sick of hearing Magic Johnson analyze games.

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy says it’s “nonsense” that his team’s toughness has been questioned over the last several months. “I think it’s a load of nonsense because I think the proof is in the pudding. If you watch the tape and the film and you win 12 games a year
Listen. We all know Magic Johnson is the greatest point guard in NBA history (well next to my created Myplayer on NBA 2K but that’s beside the point). No one questions his supremacy on the court and his astute business acumen off the court. But can I be honest with you again? Magic is a [...]

Magic Johnson is one of the greatest players to ever touch a basketball, but his work as a television analyst leaves a lot to be desired. He and the rest of the ESPN NBA Countdown crew can be incredibly hard to listen to at times, which is why fans hold up signs like this behind [...]

JaMarcus Russell finally got off his fat ass and started working out with Jeff Garcia, while probably cutting down on Big Macs. Good for him in losing 51lbs and trying to get his career back on track. For his sake I hope he lands on a team with a great QB that he can really learn from.

LeBron James won his second consecutive NBA title with the Miami Heat on Thursday night and cemented his status as one of the greatest players of all time (at least among sane people).
I hated “The Decision” as much as anyone else, but I’m also over it. I don’t necessarily cheer for James now, but I make sure to appreciate him when...
