Favre Era in Green Bay All But Over

Brett Favre won't be playing for the Packers.  That's the only certainty coming out of Favre's lengthy discussions with Packers head coach Mike McCarthy.  McCarthy decided that Favre was still too emotional over recent troubles with management.  The next step is likely to be a trade.  There's a report in the "Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel" that Favre has spoken with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and may be open to playing for them.  The "Tampa Tribune" reports that a trade is likely to be finalized today.
