Favre may be good as a backup

Although many football fans have grown tired of Brett Favre's constant indecision about whether he wants to continue his career or not, it looks like he made the right move in mid-August when he decided at the 11th hour to play at least one more NFL season with the Vikings. His "return" to active duty with the Jets last year was something of a mixed bag: He threw as many interceptions as touchdown passes and faded badly down the stretch, primarily because of a biceps tear.
