During Monday's Mangini discussion at Joe Posnanski's blog, commenter Joe Madden shared the point of view of a fan of a top-three Super Bowl contender that's led by a fourth-year head coach who the locals have been trying to run out of town for most of the coach's first three years there:  We in [Minnesota] are learning that coaches are all talk until the personnel are in place to do what the coach wants.
