Minicamps and OTAs are but a distant memory, dozens of training camp practices have been held, three exhibition games have been played -- and Browns coach Eric Mangini still can't make up his mind about his starting quarterback. The Browns' quarterback derby always has been a two-man affair: Derek Anderson, who had a surprisingly good '07 season but has been mediocre since, vs. Brady Quinn, whom the Browns traded up in '07 to draft in the first round.
