Green Bay tight end Jermichael Finley answered a weekend report that the Packers would part ways with him after this season with his words and actions Sunday. Finley caught five passes for 61 yards in Sunday's 21-13 win over Chicago and afterward spoke about a Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel story that indicated he wouldn't be around next year. "I think that's just media," Finley told ESPN. "That's just talk out there. I haven't seen anything yet. They haven't shown me any signs. I'm here as far as I know." One of the reasons behind the report was Finley's hefty $7 million salary for next season would be too rich for the Packers. The Journal-Sentinel indicated that the Packers would trade or release Finley before paying a $3 million roster bonus. That said, Finley would like to return to Green Bay. "It's a business, and I would love to be here my whole career," Finley said. "I'm comfortable here, and I w...

GREEN BAY, Wis. Less than eight minutes away from clinching the NFC North, the Packers, with a comfortable 21-10 lead over the Chicago Bears, decided to try a trick play. CHICAGO Two more missed field goals from Mason Crosby in the Packers' division-clinching win over the Bears on Sunday has still not changed coach Mike McCarthy's mind about who their kicker should be for the remainder of this season.
"We're not changing our kicker, so you can write that down right now," McCarthy said. "He's our guy."
Randall Cobb has taken his new role and run with it, developing into the NFL's top all-around threat in just his second season in the league. With the injuries to Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson, where would the Packers be without Cobb chasing franchise and NFL history?
We use coach’s film from Sunday’s contest against the Green Bay Packers to break down why the Chicago Bears were unable to punch the ball into the end zone from the 1-yard line.
