Dolphins Gab:
The Dolphins have come to terms with former Jags WR John Matthews. The team waived WR Brooks Foster.
Matthews played in three games last season for Jacksonville without recording a reception. The San Diego grad was originally signed by the Colts as a rookie free agent in 2009.
In Jacksonville’s first preseason game last Thursday, Matthews had one catch for 19 yards.
Foster is a second-year pro out of North Carolina.
