First Quarter Report Card

The Jets have wrapped up the first four games and are 3-1. This is a team that has all of the tools to go deep this year and after watching the games, I felt it was time to give some grades to keep things in perspective. Quarterbacks=A Mark Sanchez deserves an A for his overall performance this year. Yes there have been some mistakes, but overall, he has played solid and makes the throws he needs to make. The teamates all speak glowingly of him as a true leader and even his comments following the loss to the Saints, show that he is a true team leader. Running Backs=B- Leon washington has gotten more touches overall and been solid, but Thomas Jones seems a bit more hesitant. Perhaps this is due to Leon getting more carries early in some games, but either way, he has to step his game up. T-Rich has done his part as the future hall of famer that he is. Shonn Greene finally getting some touches and looking decent last Sunday brought this up from a C- grade. I expect him to see more act...
