According to Deadspin, the Worldwide Leader In Uncovering Strange Sports Stories, Philadelphia Eagles backup quarterback Trent Edwards has a makeshift ‘Tebow’ nameplate above his locker in Philly. Strangely, not even Deadspin knows the reasoning behind it – whether Edwards is a big Tebow fan, if it was just a prank by teammates, or some other circumstance. Either way, it’s weird. Side note: I just found out Trent Edwards was still in the NFL. Article found on: Cosby Sweaters

Will McCoy Be Shut Down?

Ready to work on my golf game Juan… The Eagles are done.  Nick Foles will be the starter the remainder of the season as the organization sees what they have in the kid before the entire coaching staff is replaced at the end of the season.  Bryce Brown has been a lighting rod for the running game and the Eagles may just want to showcase him as well. “Vick now has missed three...

NFC East is wide open without Eagles in mix...

The Redskins-Giants game on MNF was extremely entertaining to me last night, and part of the reason was nostalgia for classic NFC East battles in December that mean something for both teams. Remember when that category used to include the Eagles? It wasn't that long ago. But in 2012 the Eagles are grounded, relegated to the basement of the division. We are being dismantled...

Of course, when things don't go how you...
