New York Giants
Get ready for some Salsa Dancin’ Juan…
I will look at each game and give details about each team that may help fantasy owners make better decisions going into that week’s games. Enjoy.
Eli Manning: In his last 4 meetings with the Boys, he has averaged 356 yards with 2.75 TDs. Makes a very strong start.
Ahmad Bradshaw/David Wilson: This will be our first look at the Giants new running game. It will be interesting to see how the carries are divided.
Hakeem Nicks/Victor Cruz: Nicks says he is ready to go despite missing some practice time this week. He is extremely important to the Giants passing attack. Cruz has looked fantastic in the preseason and will try and show that 2011 was not a fluke.
Nicks in his last 4 games vs the Boys: 26/420/3
Cruz in his last 3 games vs the Boys: 13/261/1
Martellus Bennett makes his Giants debut against his former team. He has been coached up by one of the best in Mike Pope, so revenge could be on the horizon. A decent week 1 fill in.

Hakeem Nicks will reportedly play tonight against the Cowboys reports Adam Schefter of ESPN. Nicks suffered a broken foot this off-season and has been limited in action this preseason.
It remains to be seen how many snaps Nicks will play, as he could be limited by the Giants coaching staff. From a fantasy perspective, consider Nicks a high-end number two wide receiver this week....
The 2012 NFL Season kicks off tonight at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey home of the New York Football Giants. The Dallas Cowboys come into the game as undeniable underdogs, and we here at Unathletic expect the Giants to cover the number.
With that said, we’re going to get you warmed up for the NFL season with some Eli Manning faces. Say what you want about Eli...
New York Giants QB Eli Manning didn't have his best game Wednesday against Dallas in the season opener, though he did salvage the night with a fourth-quarter touchdown pass.Fantasy Spin:Manning went 21-of-32 for 213 yards. He was sacked three times and didn't get much help from Victor Cruz (three drops). The Giants QB started off last season with 268 yards and zero TDs in...
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks will definitely play in tonight’s season opener against the Cowboys.

Dec. 14, 2008 was the last win at Texas Stadium for the Dallas Cowboys franchise. The game was played against Eli Manning and the New York Giants. In that month, December 2008, almost nothing went right for the Cowboys. But, one thing that did was this Sunday Night affair against their bitter rivals.
In that game, the Cowboys battered, bruised, and flat-out beat up Manning to the...
Giants receiver Victor Cruz had an off night Wednesday in the season opener, dropping three passes.Fantasy Spin:Cruz caught six balls for 58 yards but his night would have been a lot better if he caught those three passes. Hopefully this doesn't become a habit.
New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (foot) and linebacker Michael Boley (hamstring) told reporters today there’s no doubt they’ll be playing in Wednesday’s season opener against the Cowboys.
WR Hakeem Nicks said there’s no doubt he’ll be ready to play Wednesday night. #NYG

Have you ever opened a brand new pack of Starburst only to find that most of them are yellow? It’s easily one of the worst feelings ever, but even worse is realizing that one or two of your key WRs are going up against one of the top cornerbacks in the league. Matchups play a key role in fantasy football and if you want to be the best, you need to keep your eye out for matchups...
Good to be a winner
The Tony Romo haters have to hate the way the 2012 NFL season kicked off. For the first time in nine years, the defending Super Bowl champs lost the opener at home. In a much-anticipated NFC East rumble, Romo’s Cowboys out-dueled Eli’s Giants, 24–17.
Romo was brilliant. He completed 22 of 29 passes for 307 yards and three touchdowns. Sure, he...
At the risk of making myself look like an idiot, I am going to offer up some predictions for teams I think will be in the playoffs at the end of the 2012 season even before the season begins. I hate pre-season predictions but figured what's the fun in life if you can't make a fool of yourself a few times, so here goes.
From the NFC East: The NY football Giants. I am...
Finally NFL football is back! A late rally by Eli Manning and the defending champion New York Giants came up short on this opening Wednesday kickstart to the 2012 campaign. The long awaited divisional matchup began in lackluster fashion, the only touchdown in a yawner of a first half coming on a Tony Romo toss to Kevin Ogletree from ten yards out with 2:33 left before intermission...
The New York Giants are set to kick off their 2012 campaign tonight against the Dallas Cowboys at MetLife Stadium and hope to start the season the way they finished the last one, as the defending Super Bowl champs aim at a 1-0 start in the division and on the season.
New York had yet another one of the most thrilling playoff runs in NFL history, led by Eli Manning and capped...
As much as Dallas failure is enjoyed and appreciated on all levels, there’s something to be said for seeing the defending champs lose their home opener after an extravagant ceremony where Eli Manning shrugs his shoulders in triumph. A home opener loss has yet to happen since the league set up its Thursday night kickoff special at the house of the Super Bowl winner. In fact...
Eli Manning's high school Senior year picture.
I'm a little late turning the TV on for the big NFL opener tonight. I was down at the liquor store trying to find a 30 year old bottle of whiskey I could have for my house in order to impress a bunch of ******* I actually hate when it really comes down to it. If nothing...
