In their ongoing quest to have every unsigned running back on their 53-man roster, the Redskins on Friday worked out former Maryland running back Keon Lattimore, Ray Lewis's brother, but do not plan to sign him because they have no roster room, a league source said. Earlier this week, the Redskins worked out former Tennessee Titans running back Chris Henry, who played under offensive coordinator Sherman Smith when Smith with the Titans' running backs coach. The Houston Texans are expected to sign Henry. Lattimore, who received an injury settlement from Dallas, came in for a tryout while the Redskins were trying to determine whether injured punter Hunter Smith would be able to play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium. Smith was injured on his first punt in the 16-13 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
