With a seemingly endless list of achievements, you could excuse Brett Favre for getting a little emotional upon his retirement. He's done so much in nearly two decades in the NFL, that walking away from the league must have been an insanely difficult pill to swallow for him. An emotional decision to make, to say the least. So it wasn't terribly unexpected to see him shedding some tears at his retirement press conference.
Or, at least, that's the common sense way to look at it. In an appearance on The O'Reilly Factor, Fox News hack Laura Ingraham said that Brett Favre needs to man up and stop the blubbering:
