On Saturday, John Fox and his coaching staff came under fire after questionable play-calling during Denver’s 38-35 overtime loss to Baltimore. In two weeks, Fox and his staff will be in Hawaii, coaching the All Stars of the American Football Conference.
Because the Broncos were the highest seed to lose in the divisional round of the playoffs, their coaching staff will be responsible for coaching the AFC squad in the 2013 NFL Pro Bowl. Denver will have at least six player (Peyton Manning, Ryan Clady, Von Miller, Champ Bailey, and Elvis Dumervil) represented in Hawaii, with the possibility of more joining them.
If New England and Wes Welker (a Pro Bowler) make it all the way to the Super Bowl, Denver’s Demaryius Thomas will join the AFC team as a first alternate.
The 2013 NFL All Star Game will be played on Saturday, January 27th. The game will be played in Honolulu and broadcast on NBC. Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. local time.

During this past Saturday’s Broncos – Ravens game, Denver had the ball with 31 seconds left and two time outs to go in regulation, but head coach John Fox decided to kneel the ball rather than see of they could quickly get in field goal range.
Fox explained why he opted to kneel the ball and head into overtime.

With under a minute to go in Saturday's AFC divisional round game between Denver and Baltimore, it looked like the Broncos would win with under a minute remaining in regulation
And then Joe Flacco hit Jacoby Jones for a 70-yard touchdown to tie the score at 35-35. Denver then elected to take a knee and head to overtime instead of taking a few shots to potentially set up a game...
Broncos coach John Fox has taken a lot of heat for Denver’s two kneeldowns before halftime and overtime in the Broncos’ 38-35 loss to the Ravens last weekend. But should he be?
Fox is known for being conservative (often overly conservative, actually), but against Baltimore, kicker Matt Prater had already missed a field goal earlier in the game and Fox obviously did...
John Fox is a NFL football coach.
One of his primary responsibilities is to deal with the world at large when things go wrong.
On Monday he sat before the media with his boss Denver Broncos Executive V.P. of Football Operations John Elway and faced the music after his group failed to advance to the AFC Championship Game.

Elway and Manning in defeat.
Well, the dust has settled, and reality is starting to creep its ugly head into our minds. I’m still not sure I believe what my eyes showed me Saturday night, but I’m willing to start believing that I’m not stuck in a 2 day long nightmare, and what transpired on the field really did happen. In a game full of head scratching penalties, non-penalties...
The games aren’t even over yet, so we might get some more heroics and bizarre plays in the Pats/Texans game, but the Falcons and Seahawks seemed determined to come up with a game that was even more epic than Denver’s stunning collapse yesterday. Here’s some observations:
- Congrats to Matt Ryan. He sealed his “Matty Ice” nickname with two excellent passes starting at his...
Still stinging from defensive mishaps in last Saturday's AFC Divisonal playoff loss, the Denver Broncos promoted Cory Undlin to secondary coach and did not renew the contract of Ron Milus, the team announced Tuesday. Milus was the previous secondary coach. The Broncos fell in overtime after allowing the Baltimore Ravens to tie the game with less than a minute to play in regulation...
Teams within the AFC West seem to like the coordinators from the Denver Broncos. Last season, the Oakland Raiders hired Broncos defensive coordinator Dennis Allen as their head coach. Now, it appears that the San Diego Chargers will raid the Denver coaching ranks this season. CBS Sports insider Jason LaCanfora reports that the Chargers will hire Broncos offensive coordinator Mike...
