Redskins’ tight end Fred Davis might want to think about explaining himself, it just makes people laugh. In an interview with 106.7, The Fan in Washington D.C., Davis explained his continual failed drug tests that cost him four games in 2011 according to Profootballtalk.com. Davis stated:
“So, it’s one of those situations where you guys are all like, ‘Oh, you failed it again and again,’”
“It was three weeks in a row they test you, and anybody who smokes weed knows that weed isn’t going to be out of your system in a month. So, of course they’re gonna say it’s repeated.”
So, this begs the question, if you knew those facts, then how did you get caught? Davis claims he hasn’t smoke the green stuff in about a year, we’re sure he’s comfortable with the timeframe, but now he needs to work on keeping his mouth shut.
