While many NFL fans wait with bated breath for March 13, Ravens fans should know to cool out.  The Ravens won't make any big moves on the free agency playground.  Beyond the obvious limitations of cap space, there are several indicators that Baltimore won't hit the market with a bang. History repeats itself Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome has never been one to spend big money on big names.  Since its inception, the team has grown its stars and staples, as opposed to acquiring them off the market.  When you think big names- Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs, Haloti Ngata- you can trace them back to Ravens' draft picks.  Going back farther, future Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden was the Ravens first draft pick ever; Ravens all time sack leader, Peter Boulware, was selected in the draft; and Todd Heap, Ravens career leader in receiving touchdowns, also started in Baltimore and stayed for ten years.
